2. The “Local Authority” Strategy

Local SEO is a game of trust and geography. We deployed a 3-step maneuver:

  • Phase 1: GMB Profile Optimization: We treated their Google Business Profile like a mini-website. We uploaded geo-tagged photos of the interior, added detailed service descriptions (Root Canal, Scaling), and populated the Q&A section with common patient questions.
  • Phase 2: NAP Consistency: We fixed inconsistent “Name, Address, Phone (NAP)” data across 40+ local directories (like DoctorBD, YellowPages). This signals to Google that the business is legitimate and active.
  • Phase 3: The “Review QR” Campaign: We designed a small, polite counter card with a QR code for the reception desk. Staff asked happy patients, “Would you mind sharing your smile?” This system generated real, keyword-rich 5-star reviews daily.

3. The Results
  • Phone Call Volume: Calls generated directly from Maps went from 15/month to 240/month.
  • Top 3 Ranking: The clinic now ranks #1 or #2 for keywords like “Best Dentist in Gulshan” and “Teeth Whitening Cost.”
  • Conversion: 45% of users who requested “Directions” ended up booking an appointment.
