From "Unknown Agency" to "Top Visa Consultant": Building Authority through Content
Client Profile: A Student Visa & Immigration Consultancy firm.
Goal: Generate high-quality appointments (students with IELTS + Budget).
1. The Challenge (The Trust Deficit)
The “Visa Consultancy” market in Bangladesh is full of scams. Students and parents are skeptical. The client was posting stock photos of universities which looked fake and generic. Nobody trusted them with their passports.
2. Our Strategy: “The Face of Trust”
We shifted the strategy from selling “Visas” to selling “Guidance.”
- Video-First Strategy: We convinced the CEO to step in front of the camera. We produced weekly Q&A videos addressing real fears: “What happens if your visa gets rejected?”, “Hidden costs in Canada,” etc.
- Success Stories: We created “Video Testimonials” where students who reached the UK spoke about their journey from the university campus.
- Community Management: We created a private Facebook Group for serious applicants to discuss documents, positioning the client as the helpful moderator.
3. The Results
- Trust Score: Comments shifted from “Price koto?” to “Sir, I need your advice on my file.”
- Lead Quality: The show-up rate for office appointments increased by 70%.
- Revenue: Client expanded from one office in Farmgate to a second branch in Uttara within 6 months due to demand.
