Client Profile: A Skin Specialist (Dermatologist) in Dhanmondi.
Platform: Instagram & TikTok.
Goal: Attract premium aesthetic clients (Lasers/Botox) rather than just general patients.

1. The Challenge

The doctor relied on word-of-mouth. He wanted to reach younger, affluent clients for aesthetic procedures. However, medical regulations prevent direct “Advertising.” He needed to build a brand based on Education, not sales.

 

2. Our Strategy: “The Myth-Buster”

We positioned him as the “Truth-Teller” in an industry full of fake beauty hacks.

  • Content Pillars: We created “Myth-Buster” videos (e.g., “Why Turmeric won’t fix your acne”, “The truth about expensive creams”). This polarized the audience but built immense trust.
  • Q&A Stickers: Every Saturday was “Skin Saturday.” We used Instagram Stories to answer anonymous questions from followers. This built a habit for the audience.
  • Visual Consistency: We designed his feed to look like a high-end skincare magazine—clean whites, gold fonts, and professional clinical photos (no bloody or gross medical images).
