1. THE EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Being the “Best” offline doesn’t matter if you are “Invisible” online.
Our client was a leading corporate cleaning and pest control service in Gulshan, fully ISO certified. Yet, they were 100% dependent on expensive Paid Ads. When they stopped paying Google, their phone stopped ringing. Their goal was audacious but simple: Total Organic Independence.

 


2. THE DIAGNOSIS: A BROKEN FOUNDATION

Despite having a visually nice website, it was virtually unreadable to Google.

  1. Keyword Cannibalization: Multiple pages were competing for the same keywords, confusing Google’s AI.

  2. No Local Footprint: Google didn’t know they served premium areas like Banani or Baridhara. They lacked the “Geo-Fencing” signals required for B2B ranking.
