In the fast-paced world of fashion e-commerce, a slow website is not just an inconvenience; it is a business killer. A rapidly growing Dhaka-based fashion label approached Hena Technology with a critical problem: They were generating high traffic through Facebook Ads, but their sales were flatlining. They were bleeding money on ads with a Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of only 1.2x.

They needed more than just a “website refresh.” They needed a High-Performance Sales Machine.


2. THE DIAGNOSIS: IDENTIFYING THE LEAK

Our technical team performed a 360-degree audit of their digital ecosystem. We identified three silent killers that were draining their budget:
