1. The Creative Challenge
Corporate event videos are usually boring—long speeches and shaking hands. The client wanted an “Aftermovie” that looked like a music festival, not a board meeting. They wanted to use this video to sell sponsorships for next year.
2. Our Production Strategy: “The Recap Experience”
- Shooting Style: Deployed a 3-man crew. One on a Gimbal (Stabilizer) for smooth walking shots, one on a Long Lens for candid reactions (laughing, networking), and one Drone Operator for the massive crowd shot.
- Post-Production: We didn’t use slow corporate music. We used an upbeat, rhythmic track. The edit was synced to the beat.
- Color Grading: Applied a vibrant, high-contrast look to make the venue lights pop.
3. The Impact
- Sponsorships: The video was used in the pitch deck for the following year, helping secure 3 new Gold Sponsors.
- Social Buzz: Speakers and attendees shared the video extensively on LinkedIn because they looked “Cool” in it.
- Turnaround: We delivered the “Day 1 Highlights” reel within 4 hours of the event closing, keeping the buzz alive.
