- Sticky CTA: We added a “Schedule a Visit” and “WhatsApp Us” button that stays visible at the bottom of the mobile screen at all times.
- Virtual Tours: Integrated 360-degree virtual tours so expats living abroad could view apartments remotely.
- CRM Integration: Connected the website forms directly to their CRM (HubSpot), so the sales team got an alert instantly when a lead came in.
3. The Results
- Bounce Rate: Dropped from 70% to 45%.
- Leads: Monthly qualified leads increased by 3x (300%).
- Expat Engagement: 25% of new inquiries came from UK/US-based Bangladeshis using the 360-tour feature.
