Tech content is often dry and full of jargon. The client’s page was full of “Server Photos” that nobody understood. They wanted to connect with mass users and corporate decision-makers but were putting everyone to sleep.

 

2. Our Strategy: “Edutainment” (Education + Entertainment)

We became the “Helpful Expert” rather than the “Salesman.”

  • Carousel Posts: We broke down complex topics (e.g., “Why is your WiFi slow?”) into simple, 5-slide graphical stories.
  • Meme Marketing: We used trending, safe-for-work memes to relate to common internet struggles (Lag during gaming, Buffering during meetings). This made the brand feel “Human.”
  • Tanglish Approach: We used a mix of Bangla and English to sound relatable to the local audience.
